BOSTON The Saunders Hotel Group (SHG) has selected Jinnie Kim Design, based here, to transform the former Boston police headquarters building into a 200-room hotel. Kim s team for the project will include Sam Blair, a noted architect who has worked on the renovation of the St. Regis in New York.
The new hotel is expected to open in early 2003. Further details on the hotel s design concept are expected to be announced later this year. (5/4/01)
