PALM DESERT, CA— Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa has promoted Chad Roldan to chef of its SeaGrille Restaurant. Roldan joined the resort in 2004, working as sous chef at the Ristorante Tuscany. In previous experience, he held positions at Pinot Hollywood in Los Angeles; the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel; and the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ. One of 11 restaurants at the 884-room Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa, the SeaGrille Restaurant specializes in contemporary coastal cuisine.
