NEW YORK–The Denihan Hospitality Group assumed management of the 177-room Shoreham Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
The hotel is owned by Ark Partners.
Denihan plans to convert the property to its Affinia brand next summer.
The addition of the Shoreham gives Denihan a twelfth property, either owned or managed, in the New York market. The company already manages two other properties owned by Ark Partners in the city: the Mansfield and the Franklin.
Ark Partners also owns hotels in Washington, D.C., and Quebec City in Canada.
