DOVER, NH— Daylight Software, a provider of sales and catering technology, said it will not merge with AremisSoft Corporation. Instead, Daylight will enter a new investment relationship with AJG Financial Services, a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the worlds fourth largest insurance brokerage company. The merger with AremisSoft, an enterprise-wide software supplier, was announced this summer. While the two companies will not officially join forces, they will continue to work strategically together, with AremisSoft “selling and supporting Daylight worldwide,” said Bill Duncan, president/CEO of Daylight Software. Daylight’s clients include Opryland Hospitality, MGM Mirage and Ian Schrager Hotels and Resorts.
