PARAMUS, NJ—Courtyard Paramus here has embarked on an extensive renovation of its public space. The revamp includes the lobby, entrance, front desk, business center, fitness center and The Bistro. It is expected to be completed by March 1, 2015.
“We’ve truly kept guests’ comfort and convenience in mind throughout this project,” said Richard Haviland, general manager of Courtyard Paramus. “We look forward to the end result, one that we’re sure will impress and exceed visitors’ expectations.”
The new, state-of-the-art lobby will feature complimentary WiFi and flexible seating areas, as well as a GoBoard, the interactive touch-screen display panel where guests can access driving directions, view local weather, check on flights and catch up on all the latest news.
The hotel will be transforming the current Courtyard Cafe into The Bistro–Eat. Drink. Connect., featuring breakfast and dinner items. The Bistro will also be the hotel’s designated drink destination, serving specialty Starbucks beverages throughout the day and opening as an evening bar at night.
