Courtyard Going Into Missouri Mixed-Use Project

COLUMBIA, MO— Kinseth Hospitality Companies and Little Dixie Construction will develop the 130-unit Columbia-Courtyard by Marriott located here within the Concorde Office and Industrial Plaza, at Highway 63 and Nifong Boulevard. The developers plan on constructing approximately 6,000 square feet of meeting space, and a nationally branded, casual-themed restaurant. The property is expected to open in summer 2004. Features and amenities will include: Indoor swimming pool and mini-gym; several two-room suites; large desk and data ports in each room The hotel will be operated by Kinseth Hospitality Corp., which operates 29 hotels and 13 restaurants in six states with brands such as Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Four Points Hotels by Sheraton, and Bennigan’s Tavern and Grills.
