MINNEAPOLIS—Country Inns & Suites by Carlson is offering a set of incentives for developers interested in the brand’s properties, reducing franchise fees for properties with the brand’s new Generation 4 look.
Country Inns & Suites is offering, through the end of the year, reduced royalty, marketing and reservation fees, a total reduction of 5%, for hotels with 80 or more rooms that are built or converted into the brand’s Generation 4 design specifications and open as a Country Inns & Suites hotel within two years of signing a license agreement.
The offer of incentives for developers interested in building or converting a new Country Inns & Suites property with its new generation design specifications reduce franchise fees for investors significantly in properties with the brand’s newly modern look.
Country Inns & Suites finished 2012 with an increase in RGI of 1.6 points, which continued into 2013, as the brand finished April with a year-to-date RGI increase of 1.9 points.
