ITHACA, NY Students at The Cornell Hotel School will take over the schools Statler Hotel April 20-22, 2001, to host 200 top industry executives for a thought-provoking, appetite-gratifying annual conference, known as Hotel Ezra Cornell (HEC).
This years focus is on innovation and continuing education. HEC 2001 will feature interactive discussions about the future of hospitality in an attempt to “bridge the gap” between the Hotel School students and the attending executives. (4/19/01)
