MEMPHIS, TN— David Cooper has been promoted to evp for Cooper Companies, an owner and operator of 22 hotels which also has real estate, property management and insurance divisions. Prior to his promotion, Cooper had served for six years as a member of the companys corporate management team in its headquarters here. Most recently he was in charge of the development and opening of the Hilton Naples (FL) & Towers, as well as renovations of two other Hilton hotels owned and managed by Cooper Companies here and in Knoxville, TN.
