Comfort Inn Near Chicago Sold For $2.6M

ROCHELLE, IL— Hotel Source, Inc. reported it has completed the sale of the 87-room Comfort Inn & Suites here. Rochelle Hospitality LLC, a private investor group, purchased the hotel for $2.6 million A local investor group previously owned it. Located 35 miles from Chicago, the eight-story hotel is part of a mixed-use development that contains privately owned residential condominium units. The complex also has an 11,000-square-foot conference center, a fitness and aquatic facility and a restaurant and bar. Seth Glickman and Steve Marx of Hotel Source, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm based in Chicago, handled the sale.
