SHERMAN OAKS, CA— The Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group announced that it closed an $18.5 million sale for the Radisson Valley Center Hotel here. Steve Patel, managing director of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group, a division of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., represented both sides of the transaction. The buyer is Burbank Partners, LLC. The 206-room Radisson Valley Center Hotel is located at 15433 Ventura Boulevard near Universal Studios Hollywood and the Getty Center, and next door to the newly re-opened Sherman Oaks Galleria, which includes the 4,000-seat stadium-style Pacific Theater.
