IRVINE, CA— Effective Apr. 1, former Coldwell Banker Commercial President Jerry Anderson will join Sperry Van Ness as senior vp, effectively replacing Florida-based Regional Manager Jim Brady who will be moving back into the brokerage ranks as senior advisor for the property-marketing company. Upon assuming his new post, Anderson will be overseeing all commercial-brokerage operations— including those involving the lodging sector— throughout Florida as well as North and South Carolina. Additionally, it is expected he will be working closely with the rest of the Sperry Van Ness management team to strengthen the organization’s presence and boost its activity all along the East Coast.
