CINCINNATI, OH— Midland Loan Services— heeding the brokerage advice of Thompson Calhoun Fair (TCF)— has sold the Clarion Inn & Suites Blue Ash located at the southwest corner of Interstate 71 and Pfeiffer Road here to Trivedi and Associates LLC for an undisclosed amount. The Clarion/Blue Ash is located approximately 12 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati. The six-story property offers 177 guestrooms (including 45 two-room executive suites), and features a full-service restaurant, indoor pool and bar, fitness center, game room, business center and approximately 19,500 square feet of meeting space that includes a 5,100 square foot ballroom. Keith Thompson, a founding partner of TCF, stated: “The buyer plans to renovate and reposition [the hotel]for future demand growth.”
