DALLAS— Choice Hotels International, worldwide franchisor of Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Clarion, Sleep Inn, Rodeway Inn, Econo Lodge and MainStay Suites brand hotels, has agreed to become a presenting sponsor and the Official Hotel of the Tight Lies Tour. Under terms of the sponsorship, Tight Lies Tour players will stay at Choice Hotel brands exclusively when traveling as part of the tour. The agreement extends through 2004. In operation since 1994, the Tight Lies Tour represents one of the best development opportunities for golf professionals to hone their competitive skills, while preparing for a life on the PGA Tours. Choice Hotels International franchises more than 5,000 hotels, inns, all suite hotels and resorts in 42 nations.
