SILVER SPRING, MD— Choice Hotels International, Inc.’s board of directors has handed down promotions to both David Goldberg and David Pepper. As of Jan. 1, 2005, Goldberg will be senior vice president of corporate and brand strategy and Pepper will be senior vice president of franchise development. Goldberg’s previous titles were treasurer and vice president of corporate and brand strategy. Pepper’s former position was vice president of franchise sales and development. Both men will continue to report to Joe Squeri, Choice Hotel’s executive vice president and CFO.
