SEATTLE— The Chambers Group, Inc., a hospitality consulting and management company based here, has inked management contracts with the 120-room Ramada Inn Downtown Seattle at 2200 Fifth Ave. and the Everett, WA, Holiday Inn at 3105 Pine St., formerly the Everett Pacific/Howard Johnson Plaza. According to John McCracken, principal with the Chambers Group, the 249-room Everett property is the city’s largest hotel, which is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, including complete updates of the exterior, lobby, guestrooms, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities. The hotel is expected to reopen in June. Under each agreement, The Chambers Group is responsible for day-to-day operations, including management of staff, sales and marketing and financial performance. The Chambers Group currently operates hotels in Washington, Montana and Iowa.
