NEW YORK— Cendant Corp. companys website, www.cendant.com, has been named to Comscore Networks Top 50 Web Site Rankings for February 2002. The list, which is compiled by tracking 1.5 million people who volunteer to have their web use confidentially monitored, ranked Cendants website as 47th in the world for traffic received by unique visitors. Other notable names that made the list include Microsoft, AOL and Amazon.com. As a result, Cendants site traffic rose to 9 million unique users during the month of February, according to the company, which represents an increase of 12.5 % as compared with the month of January. In February Cendant launched an online Media Resource Center designed to provide journalists with up-to-date information on industries in which Cendant brands and business units operate. Plus, it added significant content to its Investor Center.
