NEW YORK— Cendant Corp. has appointed three members of its management team to executive positions with Fairfield Resorts, which was acquired by the company on April 2, 2001. Kevin Greene, formerly vp/controller for Cendant’s Real Estate Franchise Group, has been promoted to the position of svp/controller for Fairfield Resorts. Rick Wolf, formerly group vp, Cendant Legal, has accepted the position of svp/general counsel for Fairfield. Both men will be located at Fairfield’s Orlando headquarters. In addition, Dennis O’Gara, formerly svp/CFO for Cendant Mobility, has joined FFD Development Co., LLC (DevCo) as COO. DevCo, also located in Orlando, is the property development portion of Fairfield’s business that was spun off to create a separate company.
