Cendant Adds Ricci To Franchise Sales Slot In Canada

PARSIPPANY, NJ— Cendant Corp.’s Hotel Group has named Dennis Ricci as franchise sales director, responsible for selling the company’s Ramada, Super 8, Wingate Inn and AmeriHost Inn franchises in eastern Canada. Ricci previously operated his own Ontario-based franchise sales and consulting organization, Dennis Ricci & Associates. In that capacity, he supported Cendant’s Days Inn, Ramada and Travelodge franchise sales efforts north of the U.S. border. Additionally, between 1985 and 1990, Ricci served as president of the Ottawa Hospitality Division of Douglas McDonald Developments in Ontario. He also worked for the Howard Johnson brand from 1980 – 1985, serving as Toronto-based director of development/vp of sales.
