Cell-Phone Chargers Available At Hilton Garden Inns

BEVERLY HILLS, CA— Hilton Garden Inn properties have begun offering cell-phone chargers in their Pavilion Pantry convenience stores. Hilton Garden Inn said that it is the first hotel brand in the mid-priced category to offer chargers. The brand has selected the PowerMobile universal cell-phone battery charger for the convenience of guests who left their chargers at home. The decision to stock the PowerMobile universal cell-phone charger in every Pavilion Pantry came about as a result of the first annual Hilton Garden Inn “Ask the Traveler” survey released last September. In that survey, 31% of guest respondents cited cell phone chargers as the item most forgotten while traveling for business. The survey was administered at two Hilton Garden Inn properties as a beta test to gauge the likes and dislikes of business travelers. More than 350 Hilton Garden Inn hotel properties are currently open or under development in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
