SEATTLE—Cedarbrook Lodge named Ousmane Diop rooms division manager.
Diop’s responsibilities include front desk management; guest reservations and satisfaction; valet, bell and door services; housekeeping management; and assistance with the development of Cedarbrook’s guest service staff training programs.
Most recently, Diop worked at The Westin Seattle as the front office and service express manager, where he was responsible for various business and operations initiatives for the 891-room hotel, including forecasting, staff training and scheduling, management of suppliers and vendors, and events management. Diop also served as chair of the Guest Satisfaction Index committee.
Cedarbrook Lodge, managed by Coastal Hotel Group, offers 104 guestrooms, more than 24,000 square feet of event and meetings space and a farm-to-table restaurant.
