ANAHEIM, CA— Casa Resort, Inc. has acquired Hotel Ménage, a 255-room hotel here. The purchase price was not disclosed. Located near Disneyland, the resort is situated on five acres of land and features a restaurant with a capacity of more than 200. It also features 2,500 square feet of meeting and social event space. A multi-million dollar renovation is currently under way at the hotel and is slated to be completed by the first quarter of 2007. Renovations include the remodeling of the exterior of the hotel along with the refurbishment of guestrooms, the restaurant, the lobby area, the lounge and the pool. Casa Resort Inc., a privately held hotel, resort and restaurant group based in Orange County, CA, owns La Casa Del Camino Hotel and Roof Top Lounge.
