ST. AUGUSTINE, FL— The Casa Del Mar Inn & Suites has been acquired for $14.5 million by an affiliate of Jalaram Hotels. The previous owner was Ancient City Hospitality Group Inc. According to published reports, the hotel, which is currently a Clarion Collection franchise, will be re-branded a Hampton Inn & Suites later this year. Jalaram Hotels owns 10 hotels in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Orange Park, FL.
