WASHINGTON, D.C.— Buckhead America Corp. CFO Robert Lee resigned from his position Sept. 13, according to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, said a Dow Jones report. The company said it agreed on this action with Lee in light of recent budget cuts and staff reductions by the company. The report indicated Buckhead America will reassign Lees tasks to other staff members and to outside service providers. William Bausser, vp/finance and administration, will be named chief accounting officer for reporting purposes, according to the filing. SOURCE: Dow Jones
