BridgeStreet Concierge offers guests comprehensive concierge services 24/7 and is accessible via phone, e-mail or wireless devices. Powered by VIPdesk, the service originally was offered as an optional amenity at the company’s North American, London and Paris properties. It was pointed out that, from the moment a guest books a BridgeStreet reservation, BridgeStreet Concierge now will be automatically included as a complimentary service, thereby allowing guests to use the service to assist with pre-trip travel arrangements, research the area, and collect personally requested information aimed at facilitating an easier transition to a new location. During the guest’s stay, BridgeStreet Concierge offers a variety of other services, including: personalized wake-up calls with weather forecast and horoscope information; travel options research; restaurant and evening entertainment reservations; and assistance via professional services to help guests maintain yards, homes or pets while out of town. All guests will be able to place requests with the BridgeStreet Concierge either by calling a toll-free number, sending an e-mail, or using Web-enabled phones and pads. Guests also have access to local information for the 56 major U.S. and international cities with BridgeStreet accommodations on the Internet.
