ST. LOUIS PARK, MN— Boykin Management Co. has signed a contract to manage the 197-room Holiday Inn Minneapolis West Hotel at 9970 Wayzata Blvd. here, eight miles west of downtown Minneapolis. The Holiday Inn— a seven-story property with a four-story atrium lobby— contains 197 guestrooms, which includes 35 suites. Additionally, all guestrooms offer 25-inch televisions, ample work space, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, and irons and ironing boards. The hotel similarly offers more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, as well as an indoor pool, whirlpool and on-site fitness center.
