PHOENIX, AZ— Commercial real estate veteran Bill Murney has joined Molinaro Koger as a managing director in charge of the firm’s new office here. Murney has sold more than $800 million in hotel and resort assets during his 19-year career, including the Tenaya Lodge, Yosemite, CA; the Beverly Hotel, New York City; the Phoenix Airport Hilton Hotel; the Oakbrook Hills Resort, Chicago; and the Marriott Courtyard and SpringHill Suites Hotels in Scottsdale. The Phoenix branch office is Molinaro Koger’s eighth location. Based in metro-Washington, D.C., the company has offices in London, Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas and Los Angeles.
