PARSIPPANY, NJ— RCI, a unit of Cendant, has named Lisa A. Biase vice president of the firm’s Legal Resources Group. Biase joins RCI from Cendant sister-company Coldwell Banker, where she served as acting vice president and general counsel for Cendants real estate division. In her new role with RCI, she will be responsible for providing legal services for the companys day-to-day franchise, contract and new product issues, as well as providing general business advice. RCI is a provider of leisure travel services to businesses and consumers, with market positions in vacation property exchange, rental and resort management. RCI leverages core competencies in networks, technology, brand and product development and customer service to deliver vacation experiences.
