NEW YORK HOTEL BUSINESS. has learned that the New York City-based Boutique Hotel Group (BHG) has secured a management contract for a new high-end, luxury hotel in Anguilla, the most northerly of the British Leeward Islands.

According to Kinsey Dyckman, COO/BHG, the contract was finalized six weeks ago, but details will remain undisclosed for the next 45 days. The new Anguilla property is still in its pre-opening phase, and is scheduled to open in Fall 2001.

The hotel will mark BHG s first international property, and the seventh hotel in the company s portfolio, which includes five Manhattan hotels and one Beverly Hills property. (2/1/01) Diana M. Rodriguez
