LOS ANGELES Best Western International today is holding what it says is the world s largest hotel customer appreciation day.
Over 1,000 Best Western owners, employees and executives from 21 countries will call on more than 5,500 travel management companies, consortia and individual travel agents to thank them for their business.
These groups will also be introduced to BWI s new Best Requests amenities and services program, launched January 16 to drive brand consistency.
As part of the customer appreciation program, sales calls will be conducted in Austria, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.
