PHOENIX— Best Western International, headquartered here, said it has officially opened its new reservations center in nearby Glendale. The 4,320 square-foot facility, which sits on the north side of the Glendale Community College campus, employs 100 people and will take in-bound phone reservations for Best Westerns 2,300 hotels throughout North America. In addition, the facility provides redundancy in the event of a power or systems failure to its existing reservations and information systems center located at 20400 North 29th Avenue in Phoenix.
