BOULDER, CO— Garland Stiles has been promoted to senior project manager at Benjamin West, a hotel FF&E purchasing firm. Stiles, an 18-year industry veteran, joined the firm in Feb. 2001 as a project manager. Previously, he was the director of catering for the Embassy Suites Denver.
