BOULDER, CO— Benjamin West has been selected to provide the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for the Residence Inn to be located Avon, CT. The hotel is owned by Avon Hotel Associates of Rockville, MD. This new-construction Residence Inn will offer 100 guestrooms when it opens in May 2004. Benjamin West is one of the nation’s largest hotel FF&E purchasing firms. The firm provides a full range of purchasing services, including specification bidding, technical analysis, code compliance, financial management, and installation supervision for hotels in the mid-market, upscale and luxury segments.
