BOULDER, CO— Benjamin West has been selected to provide the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for the renovation of the Riverside Hearth restaurant and Stonewall’s bar located in the Lansdowne Resort, located in Leesburg, VA. The hotel is owned by Lansdowne Resort Limited Partnership and asset managed by Michael Stone of Strategic Realty Advisors of Boulder, Colorado. As well as the restaurant and bar, Lansdowne has 305 guestrooms and corporate meeting space. The renovation is scheduled to be complete this summer. “Benjamin West is pleased to be of continued service to the Lansdowne Resort, as we did the FF&E purchasing for their full property renovation in 1997” said Alan Benjamin, president of Benjamin West.
