BUFFALO, NY— Ruth Benjamin has been appointed general manager of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. Benjamin originally started her career with Hyatt Hotels at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL. She then served as director of food and beverage at the Hyatt Newporter in California and was senior director of food and beverage at the Hyatt Regency Houston for five years before being promoted to general manager of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. The 395- room Hyatt Regency Buffalo has more than 21,000 square feet of meeting space and four restaurants.
