Targeting every one of the mid-priced chain’s 190-plus locations, the company’s traveling executive cadre are especially committed to discussing the brand’s new Ovations Rooms and their amenities, as well as the overall Ovations experience (including check-in/check-out procedures, layouts and requirements for the lobby breakfast area as well as for the Ovations Rooms, and the organization’s Guest Ovations frequent-stayer program). Baymont Inns & Suites rolled out the plusher, more fully fitted-out Ovations Rooms last month. As noted by Baymont President/COO Jim Abrahamson, members of Baymont’s Guest Ovations frequency program get free upgrades to these new rooms (based upon availability) while non-members can sample these rooms for $5 more than the standard room rate.
