Bay Harbor Properties Signs On Allied Hosp.

PETOSKEY, MI—Bay Harbor Properties reached an agreement with Chicago-based Allied Hospitality Group, Inc. to provide marketing and management support to Bay Harbor Place, a 78-room, luxury condominium/hotel that is part of the $50 million Bay Harbor Marina District. Bay Harbor Place is a residential condominium project that offers a broad range of accommodations, including single room suites, two- and three-bedroom suites with full kitchens, and penthouse suites. These suites range in size from just over 1,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet.
