ATLANTA Bass Hotels & Resorts has purchased the 400-room San Juan Grand Beach Resort & Casino for $75 million from a New York-based investment group. The hotel will be renamed the Inter-Continental San Juan Resort & Casino and will undergo a $17 million renovation program that includes guestrooms, corridors and public and recreation area refurbishment.
