Bass Buys Parkroyal

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND— The Parkroyal Wellington here, has been sold— for an undisclosed sum— to Bass Hotels & Resorts (BHR) and will be rebranded as an Inter-Continental. Following its conversion, the property will join the flagship Inter-Continental in Hong Kong, the Inter-Continental Sydney and the remaining 140 Inter-Continental hotels and resorts worldwide.
