KANSAS CITY, MO – The members of Hotel Brokers International (HBI) here have elected Terry Baltes, president of Dayton, OH-based Baltes Commercial Realty Ltd., as a new member in the association of hotel-brokerage specialists. Baltes formed his realty company more than 25 years ago, and has specialized in the sale of hotel properties for the past 10 years. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, Baltes’ firm specializes in hotel sales, consulting and management.
