ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL— Arlington Hospitality, in connection with its growth strategy, announced several corporate changes in an effort to help accelerate hotel development and reduce hotel ownership. Changes include: reducing corporate and regional operations staff by 13 people, or approximately 20%, which is expected to result in annual savings of about $580,000 in labor and related costs; replacing several corporate positions vacated within the last three months, and deciding not to fill several positions which had been budgeted for 2003; reducing the size of the companys corporate office space. Arlington owns the building which houses its offices and plans to re-lease the vacant space.
