NEW YORK— Argosy Gaming Co., an operator of riverboat casinos and hotels in the midwestern and southern United States, named its president to succeed its chief executive officer, who is retiring. Argosy named Richard Glasier to succeed CEO James Perry when he retires on May 2. Perry, who has been CEO since 1997, will continue to serve on the board of directors.
