CAROLINA BEACH, NC— Shoreline Properties LLC and U.S. Franchise Systems (USFS) have teamed to open a new Microtel Inn & Suites hotel at 907 N. Lake Park Blvd. here. The three-story, 58-room Microtel Inn & Suites hotel in Carolina Beach offers single, double and suite accommodations, all with queen beds. Amenities include expanded cable television capability, voice-mail, daily complimentary breakfast buffet, outdoor pool and Beach Trolley. The hotel is located two blocks from beach access and five miles from Ft. Fisher, Ft. Fisher Aquarium and Jubilee Amusement Park and Waterpark. Moreover, the new Microtel is located approximately 15 miles from Wilmington International Airport. It was noted that, with this opening, Microtel currently lists 26 branded properties across North Carolina.
