FAIRFIELD, NJ— Prime Hospitality Corp. has opened its 140th AmeriSuites hotel, the Dulles Airport South/Chantilly AmeriSuites in Chantilly, VA. The hotel was built pursuant to a July 2000 transaction in which Prime acquired leasehold interests in 27 hotels and subsequently converted them to AmeriSuites. The six-story, 124-room hotel is situated within the Westfields Corporate Center, approximately six miles south of Dulles International Airport and approximately 20 miles west of Washington, D.C. It is the seventh AmeriSuites in operation in the state of Virginia and the second in the D.C. market.
