FAIRFIELD, NJ— Prime Hospitality Corp. has opened its 143rd AmeriSuites hotel, the Raleigh Airport AmeriSuites in Morrisville, NC. The hotel is owned by Gateway Hospitality, LLC. The 94-suite hotel is located at 200 Airgate Drive off I-40. It is one-quarter mile from the Raleigh/Durham International Airport and nine miles from North Carolina State University. It is the seventh AmeriSuites hotel open in North Carolina. In addition to the 143 AmeriSuites hotels in operation nationally, five AmeriSuites are currently under construction. Prime also has a pipeline of 58 executed franchise agreements for new AmeriSuites to be built.
