AmeriSuites Breaks Ground On 1st Property In Washington State

FAIRFIELD, N.J.— Prime Hospitality Corp. announced the groundbreaking of the Pasco AmeriSuites hotel in Pasco, WA. The hotel is owned and managed by A1 Hospitality and is expected to open in early 2004. The Pasco AmeriSuites, located at the intersection of Interstate 182 and Road 68, will feature 85 suites with over 7,300 square feet of flexible meeting rooms. Each suite offers a mini-kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, cable television, dataport telephones, voice mail service and laundry service. The property also offers free high-speed internet access, a complimentary Bountiful Breakfast Buffet, free local phone calls, and use of a fitness center with indoor swimming pool.
