ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL- Amerihost Properties has announced that same room RevPAR for the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand grew 6.9% to $41.62 during the third quarter of 2000, compared the third quarter of 1999. This is a direct result of a 6.5% growth in occupancy from 66.4% to 70.7% , and an increase in ADR to $58.88, according to the company.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2000, same room RevPAR for the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand increased 7.6% over the same nine-month period in 1999. Occupancy again increased by 6.8% while average ADR increased about 1%. (10/3/00)
