CHANHASSEN, MN— AmericInn International, LLC has selected Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. as its exclusive provider of high-speed Internet access for the AmericInn lodging system, which currently has 220 AmericInn properties open or under development in 30 states across the United States. Luke Fowler, AmericInn chairman/CEO, noted while many hotels install HSIA to gain a competitive advantage, that service must be consistent across the entire chain. Guest-Tek’s high-speed Internet access already is available in six AmericInn properties, including AmericInn’s flagship property here. The AmericInn of Chanhassen had Guest-Tek’s solution installed in August 2003. “Our guests love the service, and it’s become a key amenity in helping to keep them coming back,” says Howard Anderson, area manager for the property. AmericInn anticipates HSIA available in all properties by early 2005.
