MINNEAPOLIS— AmericInn International, LLC (AmericInn) has entered into a strategic alliance with nonprofit Citizens Scholarship Foundation of America (CSFA), a major private sector scholarship and educational support organization, to become a national corporate sponsor to help raise funds for scholarships. AmericInn has set a goal to raise $250,000 over a two-year period for CSFA, according to Luke Fowler, CEO of AmericInn. “We are very pleased to partner with such a respected organization as CSFA,” Fowler said. “AmericInn is dedicated to youth education and our partnership will enable us to further enhance our goals.” CSFA President William Nelsen noted: “This exciting partnership will impact the lives of youth, families and communities through the creation of new scholarship resources for students throughout America.” To raise the monies for scholarship programs, AmericInn will hold a series of events each year ranging from auctions to golf and chess tournaments. Headquartered in Minneapolis and St. Peter, MN, CSFA has distributed in excess of $776.2 million to more than 748,000 students through its scholarship and other support programs since its founding in 1958. The Minneapolis-based AmericInn lodging chain has almost 200 properties open or under development.
