MINNEAPOLIS, MN— AmericInn International, LLC has debuted two metropolitan prototypes: a 76-room center-entry product and a 78-room end-entry hotel. Both are straight-line, four-story concepts that offer a porte-cochere option and are geared toward providing a competitive edge for AmericInn within metropolitan markets. The interior design of each AmericInn is custom designed to fit its regional location. “We are successfully expanding in metropolitan parts of the country because of AmericInn’s ability to deliver upscale lodging at reasonable prices,” said chairman/CEO Luke Fowler. The new prototypes will offer guests signature amenities, including a recreation area with indoor or outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna; two large conference rooms with business support amenities, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, sink and space for breakout sessions; business center with computer, Internet and fax machine; exercise facility; guest laundry; specialty guestrooms and extended-stay suites with fireplaces, whirlpools, refrigerators and microwaves.
